Recent Event News & Updates 

Gathering Limits
We are proceeding with planning as if there will no gathering limits at that time. We will adjust as we go if needed.

Exhibit Layout Issues 
A traveling exhibit will have pieces set up throughout the Grand Hall (where the stage & VIP normally is). This means we will have to get creative with the event layout. This also means:

No VIP 
To help keep things simple with the layout obstacles and short planning timeframe, we have decided to have one ticket tier this year, GA at $80. Some will be disappointed so it’s our goal to make the whole event to feel VIP. 

Candidate Involvement 
To help keep things simple, we will likely not do candidate tables this year. They will still get to raise funds via ticket sales and silent auction package. More info TBD. 

Other Discussed Ideas TBD 
• Liquor options including a seltzer station
• Offering a table or some kind of VIP replacement to those who buy 10 tickets
• Whiskey pull  
• Utilizing Wagonmasters and Rugby guys as volunteers   
• Placing music throughout & other ways to work around no stage/main hall

  • March 25th – MWOY Kickoff
  • March 26th – 8 weeks out
  • April 23rd – 4 weeks out
  • May 1st – Vendor deadline
  • May 21st – WAC, 7-11 PM
  • June 5th – Grand Finale

  • 30 Wine varietals 
  • 15 Quality auction packages (can include candidate items)
  • Beer sponsor
  • Cigar sponsor 
  • A VIP experience for all
  • Raise $30,000 for LLS

Requirements include the following, along with a suggested auction item donation

Wine Vendor 2 cases of wine (Min. retail value $13.99/bottle)

Food Vendor – Minimum 400 sample servings

We are open to ideas and offers is someone is interested in a non-monetary sponsorship or custom sponsor package. Contact Tori or have them fill out the form on the “contact us” page.

- Volunteers -

It is our goal this year to cut down on as many “shifts” as possible therefore first priority will be given to those who can volunteer from 6:30-11:30. Those interested may submit their information and availability through the volunteer page and Kami will get ahold of them.
